Events

 

This function provides a means of recording job-related events that may have an impact on an employee’s current or future employment.  (Professional certifications should not be entered here but in the Licenses area of My Attributes).

 

Note

In order to add events, the item must already exist in Vision (Event Master) which makes it available for selection in the Event Code drop-down.  Vision must have the HR-extensions installed to accommodate events.

 

After Division and Employee Selection, the system displays a list of the employee's Current Events at the bottom of the page.

Edit/Remove

To make changes, click in the desired row to display the event details and enter the new data in the related fields.

To delete an item, click .
